Description

The V118-MG and V318 are composed of a cast iron upper cover with a central tapped screw hole and a base with four positioning holes.

Its elastomer is stainless steel wire mesh ring:

● V118-MG and V318 have two cushions;

● V118-DG and V318-D with three cushions.

Application

The natural frequency of this series of bases is 18 - 25 Hz and is suitable for the following equipment:

● Heavy machinery (e. g. pulverizer, crusher, tilt press, centrifugal press, printing machine, textile machine, etc.);

● Rotating electric machines (such as motors, generator sets, pumps, etc.),V118-DG and V318-D for speeds above 2000rpm,V118-MG and V318 for speeds above 2500 rpm;

● Overhead mobile cranes (main structure, cockpit, equipment).

This series of suspensions have equal stiffness and anti-rebound characteristics, and can be used to suspend dynamic engine suspensions such as ships and vehicles;

The temperature resistance range is -70°C-300°C and can be used as an exhaust pipe support.
