Description

The static stiffness of the metal washer can be continuously increased to ensure that a constant natural frequency is maintained under a wide range of loads in a small space.

The natural frequency of 12-25Hz and the damping ratio of 15-20% make this kind of metal gasket products can be used as elastic gaskets for rotating machinery with a speed higher than 2000 revolutions.

1-Excellent resistance to oil, grease, solvents, water, dust and chemical reagents;

2-Operating temperature range (-70°C - 300°C), specific applications can be applied (-150°C - 400°C);

3-Anti-aging: stable performance;

4-High damping ratio 15 - 20%, such as WDQ ∈(0.3-0.4), which is equivalent to its amplification factor <4 in resonance state;

5-The load can reach 150kg/cm2 in compression, and the vibration isolation can reach 500kg/cm2;

6-Natural frequency: 15-25Hz.

In the load range, the base can maintain a constant natural frequency compression, the elastic limit of the metal cushion can reach 3-5 times the maximum static load given in the form.
